Neighborhood Notification - Announcing Scottsdale EZ!

To update your contact information, to opt out of receiving these emails, or for more information about the program, please e-mail: notification@ScottsdaleAZ.gov or call 480-312-3111.   Please help spread the word of the news contained here by sharing this newsletter with other interested neighbors and community members!   Scottsdale EZ is here to assist you Whether it’s a broken streetlight, a fresh pothole or a missing trash can, a new online service is making it easier for residents to report problems with city facilities or services. Scottsdale EZ is a single, mobile-optimized system that lets you quickly report issues and provides the city with a consolidated tracking and reporting system. Using Scottsdale EZ is just that -- easy! Visit ScottsdaleAZ.gov/EZ on your desktop or mobile device, or search online for “Scottsdale EZ” to find the application link Enter the request or issue in the search bar, select a top request or browse by category Choose an address related to the request, or use your device’s GPS to pinpoint the location of the issue Provide details and submit a photo, if applicable Review your information and submit it City staff will get back to you to confirm they’ve received your request The more accurate information you provide when submitting a  request, the more quickly it can be assigned to staff and resolved.  Next time you notice something the city needs to take a look at or fix, don’t hesitate -- Scottsdale EZ makes it simple to report those issues and get them taken care of.   Get the latest City Council meeting agenda.  Get City Council meeting and agenda information.   City information is just a phone call away by dialing 480-312-3111. The city’s information line connects you with live operators who have much of the event, traffic and meeting information that you want, or they’ll forward your call to the correct department for further assistance. The line is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and for special events as publicized.   Other city e-news delivered to your inbox.  In addition to the public participation notices sent to you from the Neighborhood Notification Program, you can subscribe to other city email newsletters online. Enter your email address, click SUBMIT and choose topics that interest you from the list of publications. You can opt out of any or all of the email publications whenever you’d like, by using the same webpage.     The City of Scottsdale will not routinely disclose Neighborhood Notification Program registrants’ contact information to members of the public. The information may be required to be disclosed, however, in response to requests made pursuant to Arizona Public Records laws and policies. Christmas Tree Recycling - Scottsdale

Recycle Christmas Trees Date:                    January 6, 2018 Time:                    12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Occurs:                Every day until January 14, 2018 Cost:                     FREE Contact:              Solid Waste, 480-312-5600 Description:        Collection bins will be available at three city parks:  Eldorado, Scottsdale Ranchand Thompson Peak.  No artificial trees, stands or ornaments.  We can also pick up your tree curbside during your regular brush and bulk collection week.  Place your tree in the brush pile away from bulk items.
