The March meeting for the HOA Board will be held Wednesday March 19th at 4:00 PM via Phone Conference. Please click on the attached agenda for the dial in number and access code as well as items to be discussed.

The Annual Meeting for The Landings at Scottsdale Ranch will be this Thursday, February 20th at 6:00 PM at 10585 N 100th Street, Scottsdale. Wine and Cheese will be provided. We hope to see you there.

The January Board Meeting for The Landings at Scottsdale Ranch will be January 15th at 3:00 PM. 10585 N 100th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.  Board meetings are typically held on the 3rd Thursday monthly. January's meeting was moved up due to a booking conflict with the meeting location. The agenda is attached.

The Master Association has approved paint palettes for The Landings at Scottsdale Ranch. Homeowners are allowed to paint their homes using the body of trim color to paint their homes all one color with the stipulation that the third color (darkest color) in each palette remain a trim only color.
