The Master Association has approved paint palettes for The Landings at Scottsdale Ranch. Homeowners are allowed to paint their homes using the body of trim color to paint their homes all one color with the stipulation that the third color (darkest color) in each palette remain a trim only color. The paint palettes are as follows:
