The Annual Meeting is held to elect members to the Board of Directors, review the financial standing of the Association, and allow for Homeowner comments.
Please return your ballot via e-mail to lance@heywoodmanagement.com by Tuesday, February 9th at 5:00 PM or mail/hand deliver your ballot to the Heywood office located at 42 S Hamilton Place #101, Gilbert, AZ 85233. Your ballot will serve as verification and qualification of Quorum for this meeting.
